Most people think their estate is set. Then a house sits in probate for months because of one missed signature. Here are the mistakes that catch real property off guard.

My wife and I recently bought our first home together and Josh made it all happen. We initially had another REALTOR® but were let down through the process. When trying to figure out the market ourselves, we stumbled across Josh, and it couldn’t have been a better fit. He is prompt, professional, thorough, persistent and got the job done. Josh made it simple and easy and took away the majority of the headache away in home buying. Do yourself a favor and forget the best friend, brother-in-law, part-time REALTOR® and go with a professional. Thanks again Josh, you have been awesome and pleasure to work with.

Josh Mills is an incredible REALTOR®! During our home shopping, Josh was always first to arrive at each house we saw. He is prompt, creative with his process, and very professional. He was also excellent with submitting our offer letters, portraying us as the strong buyers we were. Every offer we made was accepted, and I think a lot of this had to do with his write-ups. Thank you, Josh, for helping us find the perfect home!

I was referred to Josh by a coworker and spoke to several agents before deciding on Josh. It was an easy decision choosing Josh from the start. It is stressful buying a home in a sellers’ market, especially when multiple offers are in the same day a house is listed, but Josh kept the process as stress free as possible. He remained positive and helped us to keep a good outlook, even after we did not get the first two homes we put an offer in on. Josh is extremely responsive, low pressure, transparent, and a knowledgeable agent—he is also an all-around great person and fun to be around!

I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the spectacular work ethic you demonstrated during the sale and purchase of our home! Anyone that has dealt with the stress of selling and buying a house at the same time can identify with the pressure and constant tension that this situation can bring. Your hard work and dedication, together with knowledge and expertise really made our stressful situation a pleasurable one! My only regret is that we did not find you sooner! I would recommend your services to anyone a thousand times! Thank you!!!

Josh is the best! He was always right on top of the entire process. He kept me up to date and answered my 5 million questions quickly and happily. He negotiated the sweetest deal for the sell of our home and we couldn’t be happier. He knew just how to price our house so that, in the current market, it sold unbelievably fast. He was always quick to answer me back or pass on information from the buyers side of the process. I was seriously amazed at how he could always be so aware of every step of the process even with multiple clients he was helping at one time. You will be grateful you hired Josh Mills to sell your home!
